Jarvis Training Management Ltd (known as JTM) was established in 1981 and operates throughout the North West from a Head Office and training complex in South Liverpool. The Employability and Personal Development Training for the unemployed focuses on the skills required for successful jobsearching including interview techniques, IT training, CV building, as well as confidence-building and financial advice. All JTM learners have access to our state-of-the-art online e-portfolio system, plus the full support of a dedicated assessor. For learners wishing to join our Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes, JTM will place successful applicants into paid employment with a local company that is committed to developing and supporting their career. For employers, JTM offer a free recruitment service to help you find your ideal Apprentice or Trainee, a range of nationally-recognised qualifications to deliver to your existing staff, and an opportunity to create an Employability Skills programme to match you company’s recruitment needs. In addition to the free recruitment service, we are also able to access grants on behalf of an employer to help with the employment of an Apprentice.
